Engagement Photographer NJ – Christmas Tree Farm
For this session I decided to shoot a roll of Fuji 400H 35mm film. I love to shoot film and digital camera bodies. Sometimes for sessions like this Christmas tree farm engagement session I chose to just shoot film. It can be liberating to just put the digital camera away and slow down. As an engagement photographer NJ there’s a temptation now to constantly shoot. We capture our lives via our cameras and smartphones and share those images a myriad of ways – Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat and Twitter, to name a few.
I met up with Christine and Doug at their home and followed them down the street to a semi private Christmas tree farm. Christine really wanted to have their session on a Christmas tree farm, so she took a friendly visit ahead of time to get permission. I’ve never had the opportunity of shooting an engagement photographer NJ on a tree farm before and I was totally down for it. The day was cloudy and quite cold just before Thanksgiving, none the-less Christine and Doug were full of warmth and joy.
Photos were taken using a Nikon F5 , 50mm lens and scanned at The FIND lab. The photos were edited to taste to fit my overall engagement photographer NJ style.
