Erin and Robert tied the knot at Camp Ockanickon/Matollionequay in their own private outdoor wedding chapel. They wed surrounded completely by the great outdoors. The couple said their vows in front of Lake Stockwell, a serene spot located at the Northwest tip of the New Jersey Pine Barrens. Erin and Robert were joined by their family and friends, and one other very special guest…Squam, a barred owl. Squam is very special to the couple and he even played a role at Erin and Robert’s engagement photo session! Squam had been nursed back to health and became a huge part of their lives ever since his rescue. After the intimate outdoor ceremony, the party started! The reception was a DIY fiesta with touches of elegance and sophistication. From a beer filled canoe to a naked cake, the wedding had elements of both Erin and Robert’s personalities as well a rustic edge. The decor included mason jars and burlap, along with random facts about animals. Book pages adorned each table and brought an natural, unexpected style to each table. Erin and Robert’s wedding was every kid’s dream come true, a beautiful day at camp ending with a huge party! We hope you enjoy the photos of this upbeat event. It was delightful day we were thrilled to be a part of. Best wishes to Erin & Robert! Thanks to the super talented, peanut butter sandwich eating William for capturing this amazing wedding adventure.
