I had the chance to catch back up with Alycia and Logan and ask them some questions about their Eagle Manor Waterfront Jersey Shore Barn Wedding and what they thought about their wedding photographer.

What was your most anticipated part of the day?

Wow, that’s so hard! We’d say the most anticipating part of our day was getting to celebrate with Family and Friends! Each and every person that attended mean the world to us. We couldn’t wait to celebrate our love and excitement with everyone into the wee hours of the night!

Did anything unexpected happen? What was the outcome?

We did have one of our guests get a little too intoxicated! Although it happened, it didn’t alter our moods or the vibe of the night whatsoever! It was a bit unexpected, but it made for some hysterical stories that we will laugh about for years to come!

What ended up being your favorite part of your wedding the day?

Our favorite part of the day was catching up with loved ones that we haven’t seen in a while or that live out of state. It was great to dance, drink, smoke some cigars and just laugh with all those that are missed regularly! We also enjoyed celebrating each other 🙂

What advice would you give to future couples for their wedding?

Don’t sweat the small, medium or even large stuff! Thankfully we told each other this from the initial planning process. It’s not worth getting mad or frustrated at one another. What’s important is remember the day is about love and celebrating our marriage. That’s what counts!

Were you nervous? How did you squash the nerves?

Hmm… there was probably a small amount of nerves, but not too much! We kept each other grounded and took one step, moment and event at a time!

What was the biggest surprise on your wedding day?

How smooth everything went!!! We had the best help from family and friends, all our vendors were amazing and extremely professional, and all the guests had a wonderful time! We couldn’t have asked for a better day!

What was your wedding inspiration?

We wanted everything to be light and airy, calm, comfortable, and neutral! We’re not very flashy people, but we did want to dress up for this special occasion, so finding that middle ground was important to us as well as the guests. We wanted everyone to be comfortable and have a great time!

Any advice for those couples planning their wedding now?

Just have fun!!! And stay true to yourselves as couples. Don’t follow the trends or what you think your parents will like best. Its about the two of you so make sure it reflects that.

How did you feel at the end of the day?

Loved. We felt SO loved!!!! And grateful. Its an amazing feeling seeing so many people come together from near and far to celebrate us. We were tired as well! But we wouldn’t change a thing 🙂

What are you most looking forward to as a married couple?

Growing even more than we already have! We cannot wait to see what the future holds for us together!

What did you like most about working with Unforgettable Expressions as your wedding photographer?

Oh wow…. that’s an extremely hard question because we loved everything about working with Unforgettable Expressions!!! From the moment we contacted Andrew, we knew we had found the right photographer. He communicated perfectly, was extremely knowledgeable, and helped us every step of the way. Our additional photographer was amazing as well. They both worked spectacular as a team and knew the perfect shots to take! Our family and friends have also been raving about them nonstop! If we had to break it down to what we absolutely loved the most, it would have to be that they made the process fun!!! I think we’ve mentioned that Logan isn’t a huge fan of getting his picture taken. With this being said, you made it enjoyable, effortless and comfortable, and for that we thank you immensely!
